Only eat JHATKA meat and after cooked offer meat to Maha Kali and Bhairo Lord
Your meat will be good to cook and delicious to eat .
Many Shaivite and Shakta Hindus, for example, offer meat and liquor as part of certain ritual worship of Kali and then consume the meat. All who Love Shiva Shakti or tantrik only eat meat seek jhatka goat meat.
Jhatka, or Chatka , is meat from an animal killed instantaneously, such as by a single strike of a sword or axe with name of Mahakali to sever the head. This method of meat production is opposed to slow bleed, ritualistic slaughter (kutha) methods such as the kosher (shechita) and halal (dhabihah).

Jhatka Meat more tastier. Although the taste difference is very minute, Jhatka has a little richer taste and Halal is little bland. May be due to blood content !!!
Also Jhatka is more swift & ethical way to slaughter animals. Its the Indian way.
I am sorry to say but Its a Muslim propaganda to demonize Jhatka. Just see the Halaal video yourself and see how the animal suffers and moans, How can that be healthy ? The blood drain out version of muslims is nothing. Koreans eat blood cakes and are much healthier than Muslims. Sikhs are eating Jhatka for centuries and are healthy. So its clear biasing against jhatka to promote halal meat.
To conclude :
1. Animal should be healthy and Happy (Before slaughter)
2. Jhatka is the best way to slaughter
3. The taste is awesome (for Jhatka meat), However cooking style also matters a lot.
NOTE:- Jhatka should be promoted in India as its the Indian best way.
